I put on the DVD for the 1st series and as usual episode 1 opens with the I'm backing britain meal scene, however i got distracted and so had to go back and used rewind on the dvd, instead of it stopping where i expected which was at the meal scene it went further to a TV studios clock board countdown, i have to pause on it when it appears to make it play but a voice can be clearly heard giving the countdown to the start of broadcast. i tried repeatedly but if i start the DVD from play the episode or play all it jumps past this point.
Is this one of these so called 'easter eggs' or is it just the way the DVD recording was done which jumps it to specific scene locations?
Has anyone else had this or is it my DVD player?
Oh and having read the Dads Army ABC i noticed they have reproduced the original script and Clive Dunn isnt on the call list for the meal scene hence no Jonesy! Confused

I recall seeing this 'clapper board' ? and countdown on one of my old video episodes.

Can't recall which episode it was, but you can clearly hear a chap counting down and a chalk board being held with some details of the scene written on it.

I didn't think it was 'Man & The Hour' though.
