Just been reading on the BBC website about the Father Ted festival and how the two islands involved are fighting each other for the right to be Craggy Island!

If it had meant something to Inis Oirr then they would be arranging events themselves. They can't go complaining that Inis Mor is staging a fesitval either. What next? Thetford complaining because Dad's Army events are taking place all over the country - or even the world?

Personally, I find it all rather pathetic and it is just jealousy based on pure greed.
