Just spotted her playing a librarian in a very early episode of Last of the Summer Wine called Who's That Dancing with Nora Batty?  Was that a one-off or did she have a recurring role on that show as well?

Found one more -- a couple of episodes later -- where Janet appeared, again as the librarian.  After that a different set of librarians show up.  So looks like it never became a regular role for her.
