Actor Colin Bean, who played Private Sponge in Dad's Army for many years, has died aged 82 in Wigan Infirmary.

Just read about it in the news.

Most of the core of the cast died while I was too young to appreciate the show, but when the last ones start to pass on, it brings it home to you. Crying or Very sad
