Greetings from the U.S. I read about Dad's Army and started watching the episodes that are on YouTube. What a wonderful program!

I have been married to Mary for 24 years. We have three children.  I was delighted to find this fourm. My thanks to those folks who have posted Dad's Army on YouTube and to the creators of this forum.

Great to find such a forum! I remember Dad's Army as a child but only became re-aquainted with it when TVNZ ran repeats earlier this decade (about '01 or '02) that I would sometimes watch on my morning break. Well, who couldn't fall in love with such magic?
I now own every episode on DVD (Have yet to purchase the film) and look forward to learning about and discussing more the escapades and lives of our Home Guard heroes on this board.
